MYOB continues their ongoing development of MYOB Exo with the first release for the 2023 year: Ver 2023.1.
Each new release for Exo typically includes technical updates to ensure compatibility with the latest security protocols and technical platforms. Additionally with this new release there are new features including:
Extra (Custom) Field enhancements
- Ability to make Extra Fields mandatory
- Choose who can see and edit Extra Fields
- Addition of Extra Fields to Bill of MaterialsImprovements to Job Searching
Ability to access and view User Login History
Improvements to Custom SQL filtering
We continue to encourage all our clients to keep their Exo systems up to date so that you can be assured of being on the best technical and secure platforms as well as benefitting from any new features.
To check your current Exo version go to the Help/About menu item. Remember, any version older than two years old is not officially supported. If your system says Ver. 2021 or earlier then you really should target updating it, please contact our Support team to get this scheduled.
NB: All upgrades since the ‘big-one’ in 2019 are quite straight forward and can be applied quickly by our team.
